Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped and tracked via Australia Post and sent from Australia. International orders will be posted via DHL postage services and are also sent from Australia. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and dispatched 1-3 business days there after.Please allow 24 hours for processing orders. We will always endeavour to process, package and post orders ASAP. you will then receive confirmation of shipment with a tracking number provided.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Once your parcel is received by Australia Post, it is out of our hands and solely in the control of Australia Post for domestic customers or DHL for international customers. For any inquiries regarding your parcel, please contact Australia Post Customer Service on 13 76 78 before inquiring with 'Ā i n a S w i m. For DHL customers, please track your parcel via local postage services within your country using the provided tracking identification before contacting customer services.

Free Express Shipping on domestic orders over $199

Flat Express postal rates on all domestic orders: $10 (1-3 business days)

 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD POSTAGE

Flat rate of $15 dollars on orders consisting of 1-3 swimwear pieces.

Flat rate of $25 dollars on orders consisting of 3-6 swimwear pieces.

DHL advise a maximum two-week delivery time for International Standard post in the case of postage delays.

For specific destinations, customers are able to calculate shipments using DHL's calculating services through their website.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS POSTAGE

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

DHL advises an overall estimated shipment of 5-12 days anywhere in the world.
