All garments sold by ‘Ā i n a S w i m are non-refundable. We are more than happy to EXCHANGE any unworn swimwear for another size, style or colour within 14 days of receiving your garment/s. If you would like to exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unworn items must be returned in original state with hygiene stickers still in tact and must not have been washed or altered. We do not offer reimbursements for return/exchange shipping. A confirmation email will be sent once your replacement has been shipped.
We do NOT accept Returns on sale items.
‘Ā i n a S w i m is unable to offer REFUNDS, except in the event of receiving a faulty garment. In the unfortunate case that you receive a faulty item, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter. Please do not continue to wear any faulty garments. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon receipt of the returned garment and will determine whether to repair or replace. If the garment is no longer in stock, we are happy to issue a full refund for the item.
