Returns Policy

Returns:

  • We want you to love wearing our swimwear as much as we love creating it! If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Full priced items may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale or pre-order items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided it adheres to the following conditions.

Conditions:

  • Swimwear is to be unworn and tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the sticker has been removed or altered.
  • Please note you must be in contact with us via our email: ainaswim@outlook.com and have shipped the item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving your online order.
  • Further instructions will be given once your return has been approved and a confirmation email will be sent once your replacement has been shipped.
  • You will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be required to return item/s at your own cost.

Returns on Full Priced Items:

  • Full priced items may be returned for a Full Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
  • A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover expenses such as shipping, handling, packaging and processing fees. 
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable), are non-refundable.
  • International orders (except for New Zealand) are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • Item/s must be returned to  'Ā i n a S w i m  within 14 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 21 days for all other countries.
  • Garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, hygiene stickers intact and must not be warn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • You will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be required to return the item/s at your own cost.

Returns on Sale and Pre-Order Items:

  • Sale and Pre-Order Items may be returned for an Instant Exchange or Store Credit only.
  • Discount codes are unable to be used in conjunction with Store Credit.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable), are non-refundable. 
  • Item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 21 days for all other countries.
  • Garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, hygiene stickers intact and must not be warn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • You will be required to return the item/s at your own cost.
  • Subscription/Sign up codes are not considered sale and can be returned for Full Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

Returning your item/s:

'Ā i n a S w i m  takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable post and follow the links provided by your chosen postal service. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by 'Ā i n a s w i m. 

Lodging a Return:

Simply email us at ainaswim@outlook.com with your order number, email address and receipt/proof of purchase.

Faults:

Our garments are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ainaswim@outlook.com with an image of the fault, your corresponding order number and your receipt/proof of purchase. We will review your information and address any issues accordingly. If the item was purchased 3 months or more prior, the claim will be considered to be outside of the faulty claims period and will be processed at 'Ā i n a S w i m 's discretion. In the event that item/s are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear, the the item/s will not be categorised as faulty. If the return is assessed by 'Ā i n a S w i m  as unsuccessful, the item/s will be returned to the customer. 

Store Credit:

Store Credit can be used in conjunction with any other offer including Storewide Sale.

Gift Cards:

We cannot accept refunds on Gift Cards.

Order Amendments:

Once an order has been placed it is final and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to change your size selection, you can send a request via our email: ainaswim@outlook.com within one hour of placing your order stating what size you have selected and what size you wish to change it to. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Providing the garments have not already been packed, a confirmation email will be sent once the amendment has been made. Style selection is unable to be changed once order has been placed.
